SUMMARY:PRCA Insights: Making Your Mark with Zanya Dahl - €120pp
DESCRIPTION:PRCA Creativity Workshop with Zanya Dahl \nThis autumn\, the PRCA is pleased to invite members to an inspiring creativity workshop facilitated by Zanya Dahl. \nWe often think of creativity and drawing workshops as something reserved for the arts. In reality\, creativity is one of the most powerful tools for solving problems\, generating ideas\, strengthening collaboration and building high-performing teams. This interactive workshop will help participants unlock fresh thinking and create an environment where everyone feels confident contributing their ideas. \nThis workshop is particularly valuable for leaders looking to develop greater clarity\, confidence and trust in their decision-making \nHow the Workshop Works \nThe best ideas emerge when people feel comfortable contributing\, listening and building on one another's thinking. \nThrough a carefully designed sequence of creative and collaborative drawing exercises\, participants are encouraged to explore ideas\, communicate visually and work together in new ways. No artistic ability is required. The emphasis is on participation\, curiosity\, collaboration and discovery rather than artistic skill. \nWhy Drawing? \nDrawing is a simple but powerful way to change how we think and interact. \nBecause it is visual\, playful and non-verbal\, it helps participants step away from habitual thinking patterns\, communicate differently and approach challenges with greater openness and curiosity. It creates a shared experience that encourages creativity\, experimentation and collaboration. \nWorkshop Outcomes \nParticipants will leave with: \n\nGreater confidence in contributing ideas\nImproved collaboration and communication\nRenewed creative energy and motivation\nIncreased self-awareness and reflection\nA greater willingness to experiment and embrace new ideas\nStronger alignment around shared values and goals\n\nAbout Zanya Dahl \nBorn and raised in Dublin\, Zanya Dahl spent 16 years running a successful branding and design agency before committing full-time to her artistic practice. Through both experiences\, she developed a deep interest in how creativity\, collaboration and human connection influence the way people think\, communicate and work together. With more than a decade of experience in improvised theatre\, Zanya brings techniques that encourage participants to think on their feet\, embrace uncertainty and build ideas collectively. Drawing on her experience as both an agency owner and artist\, she creates engaging workshops that help teams connect more openly\, think more creatively and unlock the collective potential that already exists within every organisation. \n\n\nREGISTER HERE
