Tuesday 26th September – Hanover, an independent corporate communications consultancy and member of the PRCA, has been nominated for two 2017 Global PR Agencies of the Year SABRE Awards by the most authoritative international industry observers The Holmes Report. This prestigious awards programme, which is the pinnacle of global excellence in the industry, shortlisted five agencies in each category from an extensive list of over 400 submissions and face-to-face meetings with the best PR firms from across the globe. Hanover, which has offices in Dublin, London, Dubai and Brussels, was shortlisted for 2017 Global Public Affairs Agency of the Year and 2017 Global Healthcare PR Agency of the Year titles, and is the only Irish agency to be nominated in multiple specialist categories.

Managing Director of Hanover Dublin Lorna Jennings said, “It is a real honour to be nominated for the Global SABRE Awards which is such a valued and recognised industry awards programme. As Managing Director of Hanover Dublin, which opened its doors in Ireland last year, it is a great privilege for me and my team to be part of such well-established and best-in-class communications consultancy. Hanover Dublin is in a unique position, as it brings the best of the wider groups experience from London, Brussels and Dubai to our Irish clients, while offering exceptional Dublin-based analysis for our local and international clients. This transfer of skills and perspectives is important for clients with a footprint in multiple jurisdictions, especially at this critical moment in the development of Irish-British-European business and political structures for the future”.

“We are very excited about the nominations and hope to be in a position to celebrate following the ceremony in Miami on the 25th October. Regardless of the result, Hanover is in a great place and we are looking forward to seeing what 2018 brings.”

Winners are announced at the 2017 Global SABRE Awards, taking place at the PRovoke17 Global PR Summit in Miami on the evening of 25 October.
