Instinctif Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Sweetman as a Managing Partner. Paul will lead the continued growth of the company’s offering in Ireland.

Paul joined Instinctif Partners in May 2022 from Ireland’s largest business advocacy group Ibec, where he spent 17 years representing the competitiveness needs of business across multiple sectors including financial services, technology, infrastructure, transport, and environment.

Paul is a current board member of Gaisce – The President’s Award and a former board member of Digital Europe, FIT and the National Data Governance Board. He is a Chartered Engineer, holds a Professional Certificate in Governance from the Institute of Public Administration, a Certificate in ESG from UC Berkeley Law and has completed leadership programmes at the Technological University of Dublin and Oxford University.
