Carr Communications Recognised Among Ireland’s Best Places to Work 2025

Carr Communications, one of Ireland’s best-known communications and training companies,has been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in Ireland 2025.

This recognition is awarded based on a detailed employee survey carried out by employee engagement specialists, WorkL. It measures metrics across six key workplace areas, including reward and recognition, wellbeing, empowerment, information sharing, pride and job satisfaction.

Carr Communications achieved an exceptional 91% average engagement score, placing the company 19% above the industry benchmark and securing its place among the highest-performing small companies in Ireland.
