Job Description:

Springboard Communications is looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to lead and deliver impactful communications campaigns across a mix of corporate and public sector clients.

You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, executing high-quality media and content strategies, and mentoring junior colleagues, with strong support from our senior leadership team. What You’ll Do
• Manage client accounts, ensuring smooth delivery of projects and campaigns.
• Support in developing strategic communications plans that align with client goals.
• Lead media outreach and journalist engagement — securing meaningful coverage.
• Create and review content i.e. media releases, op-eds, digital copy, reports, and more.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
• Guide and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Stay on top of media trends and new platforms.
• Collaborate on new business proposals and sector insight development.
